Though unfamiliar with management roles or advanced opportunities in Table Charm, her remarkable sales performance caught the attention of her Distributor, Magdalene Rakuan. Magdalene saw potential in Retabile and encouraged her to recruit, sell, and build a team. Inspired but uncertain, Retabile took the advice to heart. By February 2022, her efforts bore fruit—she became a Table Charm Manager at just 21 years old.
A Life Transformed
With her new role, Retabile’s confidence grew. She promoted her first Manager in April 2022, received her first rebate, and saw her income exceed what she could have earned in a traditional entry-level job. This financial stability allowed her to focus on her studies, and in June 2022, she passed the law module that had once seemed insurmountable. As her journey unfolded, Retabile realised that her struggles were not setbacks but stepping stones. She credits her faith and determination for guiding her to her true calling.
Achieving New Heights in 2024
In 2024, Retabile decided to take a gap year to fully dedicate herself to Table Charm. Her business flourished beyond her expectations—she promoted Managers, expanded her team, and earned a spot among the top 10 Managers in a lucky draw for a car. In August, her prayers were answered—she won a car, a symbol of her hard work and God’s blessings. Retabile’s success didn’t stop there. She was recognised as one of the top 100 Managers, earning an all-expenses-paid trip to Sun City. She also advanced to the Table Charm Distributor level, marking another milestone in her extraordinary journey.
